Vintage:2006

Grape varieties:80% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha

Production method:Fermentation is carried out under temperature controlled conditions never exceeding 28ºC. Alcohol:13%

Residual sugar:1.3 g/l

Tasting note:Deep ruby red, showing qualities from oak ageing. The nose is flooded with creamy vanillin, tobacco, spices and a warming, earthy core of fruit. On the palate there is a real juiciness to this wine, with sprightly tannins and cherry acidity, and a bit of tension between that and the crisp, poised fruit and spicy oak background. Round and full, well balanced, long and elegant.

Serving suggestions:Roast meats, pastas, tomato dishes, barbeques and game.
