Production method:Fermentation is carried out under temperature controlled conditions never exceeding 28ºC. The wine is initially kept in vats for a period of 12 months and then transferred to American oak casks where it matures for 24 months. Further bottle ageing takes place before it is released.

The nose is flooded with creamy vanillin, tobacco, spices and a warming, earthy core of fruit. On the palate there is a real juiciness to this wine, with sprightly tannins and cherry acidity, and a bit of tension between that and the crisp, poised fruit and spicy oak background. Round and full, well balanced, long and elegant.
