Durius. More than just a River

Previously, DURIUS was merely the original Latin name for the River Duero, but now it is the collective title for the HACIENDAS DE ESPAÑA range of Duero wines produced on their estates using grapes sourced from their outstanding vineyard sites in the Duero Valley’s most prestigious areas.

DURIUS is the first and only international project embracing and expressing all the richness and diversity of growing conditions offered by the Duero River.

Durius wines made at the new ultramodern winery at Hacienda Unamuno are also complemented by the Durius All Natural food range which comprises high quality Iberian hams, sheep cheeses and olive oil. The unique Durius River Café restaurants led by 2* Michelin chef Sergi Arola and set up in the 5* Wine hotels of Haciendas de España also contributes with its fine dining to enjoy a unique Durius Experience.
