Marqués de Monistrol is one of the leading Cava producers having established winemaking at the property in San Sadurni d’Anoia in 1882, in the heart of Penedès, 40km from Barcelona . Since then quality has been the byword in the production of some of the best sparkling wines from Spain. Our cavas are produced following the traditional cava method.

Production method: Made using the traditional Champagne method, this wine is made from a selection of our best grapes. Second fermentation in bottle and the wine is kept on its lees for 15 months.

and apples and full and long on the finish with a fine mousse.
